Sunset + Sweat Drop In
Sunset + Sweat is a HIIT workout led by Katie, a former personal trainer and group exercise instructor.
At each session we check in, workout, have a gratitude meditation, and check out. This is a great way to get to know Selah. It's a baby step into what we do in our intensive groups. We pause and praise together by doing something good for our bodies, reflecting in gratitude, and enjoying this gorgeous place we live in. We cover all the key points of Selah St Simons in just 1 hour together:
- Gratitude: Our sunset gratitude meditation
- Creativity: Enjoying and appreciating nature - God's creation
- Connection: Checking in with one another in love and fellowship, and doing something hard together (our workout!)
Sessions are seasonal, and this season (fall) is a drop in format. Aug-Dec will have 2-3 sessions per month. Bring a mat or towel, a water bottle, and bug spray. Payment is via Venmo the day of. See you at Sunset!
