Moms Circle is your time to step away from the hustle and into your heart. After my first year as a mom of two I literally looked at a picture of myself one day and didn't see myself. I saw a very tired person who needed some love. Even though I'm so loved by my amazing family and friends, I realized that I just plain hadn't been giving myself any love. I had tried, but just couldn't crack the code. What is self care for a mom? Well, I'm determined to find out so I'm calling in reinforcements. I've got some incredible women and life coaches, Tara Holden and Michele Brant, joining us for this Circle. They'll be focusing on helping us moms rediscover ourselves, learn self care, and thrive in motherhood.
We'll be offering optional add ons to Friday evening and Saturday and Sunday morning that we're still working on! You'll be able to sign up for a welcome dinner, beach yoga, paddle boarding, massage, and more. This really is your weekend. I can't wait to see you there!
